itylish, a play on words (interiors & stylish), was born from a little niggle at not being able to buy interesting, different and fun lampshades at more affordable prices.  So I taught myself to make my own!

My willingness to give anything a go has meant that lampshades have been followed by decoupage and now more recently recycling and upcycling as much as possible, whether it is stripping down a lampshade to reuse the frame, reusing and upcycling an unloved vase, or an old box or mirror.
